      My name is Fiona. 
I am a qualified remedial massage therapist, registered acupuncturist and yoga teacher with a touch of Reiki and the lived experience of a Breast Cancer patient.

I am here to support you with compassion, empathy and 18 years of experience. 

What I offer:

My gentle approach to remedial massage
(no deep tissue or strong sports massage techniques).

My unique combination of traditional Swedish and Hawaiian Kahuna, flowing massage techniques to engage the relax-and-repair response. 

Gentle scar therapy to relax the tissues underlying new and old scars. 

Traditional Acupuncture on its own or combined with massage for rest and recovery.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage: a very light touch, relaxing protocol for seasonal detox or an immune-system boost. 

Of note: I was a therapist at Total Essence Remedial Massage Centre in Paradise Point on the Gold Coast for 10 years, prior to its closure in June 2024. I will accept Total Essence Gift Vouchers issued in 2024 up to their expiry date in 2027.
